Everything has been running fine and the RAM use has been staying around ~50% utilization on this 256 MB VPS. Everything is running fine and fast. The CPU load has stayed low too. If you look in the footer you will see the result of the ‘uptime’ command. I have never been able to keep it up for over a week without a reboot because I was testing what started on boot and making sure that I did not have unnecessary stuff running after a reboot. Everything seems good right now.
I don’t have any sort of control panel running because they are just a waste of RAM if you are the only user of the VPS. I have offloaded DNS to FreeDNS.Afraid.org and email to Google Apps since those services would mean my email would still work if the server goes down.
